Cervaro della Sala is crafted from high-altitude vineyards in Umbria's Castello della Sala estate, where the combination of volcanic soils and elevation creates wines of remarkable elegance and complexity. Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is refined and multifaceted: ripe white peach, pear and citrus blend harmoniously with notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and butter from partial fermentation and aging in French oak barriques. Delicate hints of white flowers, honey and mineral undertones add further complexity, while the small percentage of Grechetto contributes distinctive aromatic freshness.
